My entrepreneurial journey began in the Financial Services industry, where I set out to build my own Securities Investment Firm from the ground up. After years riding the rollercoaster of extreme lows and exciting highs, I finally realized a truth that almost broke my spirit: I wasn't running a business — the business was running me. That day, I learned that a business either lives or dies by its systems.
I took that lesson with me when my wife and I dove into Real Estate investing at the start of the pandemic. We knew absolutely nothing. In fact, because my wife was a licensed agent, we actually had to "unlearn" the traditional realtor habits that were holding us back. We spent our first years making every mistake, but we started developing our systems, growing our skills & team, and figuring out what actually moves the needle.
We spent the next three years with one obsession: Executing the Protocol. We focused on getting our business to a consistent, high level that operated independently of our daily involvement.
Along the way, we began speaking at events and hosting our own. That's when we discovered our true fulfillment comes from scaling others.
